ESG Analyst

For our HQ in Tirana, we are looking for an ESG Analyst to support our Group-wide sustainability initiatives, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to ESG reporting and strategy development.

ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) focuses on how companies manage their environmental impact, social responsibilities, and corporate governance practices.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Group to ensure the collection and delivery of key ESG KPIs.
• Support communication and collaboration with external ESG partners, including PwC, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to AUTO1 Group's sustainability strategy and support the implementation of related initiatives.
• Assist in preparing ESG reports and maintaining relevant supporting documentation.
• Conduct research on ESG topics, sustainability trends, and relevant developments.
• Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related information to support reporting and decision-making.

• University degree, preferably in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another related field with a numerical focus.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Interest in ESG, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
