Your new Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent management of trade fairs and industry events: You identify relevant events in collaboration with the B2B department and are responsible for the entire event organization – from planning to booth design and branding to on-site execution.
- Development of your own event formats: You plan and implement innovative events for existing and potential dealer customers, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Holistic project management: You coordinate all event activities, are responsible for the budget and timelines, and manage execution in Italy.
- Support for press and communications work: You optimally prepare speakers for appearances, create presentations, and develop statements for external communication.
- Measuring success: You analyze and report on the results of our events and continuously optimize our processes and formats.
Your Skills
Your Profile:
- Education or degree in event management, marketing, or communications;
- 1-3 years of experience in planning and executing events, including managing service providers and event logistics;
- Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills – even when handling multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility;
- Confident, collaborative communication with internal and external contacts;
- Flexibility in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with negotiations, budget management, and performance evaluation is a plus;
- Excellent Italian and good English skills;
- Willingness to travel regularly for business.
Place of work: Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2, 20156.
Shifts include a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
