People Analytics Intern (f/m/x)

Your new Role

• Support the People and business departments by leveraging your technical, analytical, and creative skills to develop automated data solutions for strategic insights.
• Translate business challenges into testable hypotheses, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Support multi-disciplinary projects, utilizing your expertise in data warehousing and analytics while keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
• Build predictive models, reports, and dashboards to track key people metrics, KPIs, trends, and opportunities.

Your Skills

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, HR or Psychology
• Experience in working with large and complex data sets, knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (especially Tableau, Power BI or similar). Google sheet knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly translate technical concepts to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders
• Autonomy & pragmatism are two qualities that you embody
